How these plans work...
Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum are 8-month service packages. If you sign up for one of these service packages, you will pay a monthly fee for everything included in your package. Your service will start April 1st and end November 31st. You know what your lawn and landscape costs are going to be every month, which makes it easier for you to plan your budget!
Service packages are invoiced out at the beginning of each month.
Don't see a specific plan you like? Any of these services can be added "ala-cart" style and be made into a custom service package.
Service details are provided below:
Weekly lawn mowing and trimming: This is a weekly (as needed) lawn mowing service from April 1-November 31. Your lawn will be cut to the industry standard, with trimming and all clippings removed from hard surfaces.
5-Step Weed and Feed: 5 applications of fertilizer and weed control to help maintain a healthy and weed free lawn through the growing season.
Spring and Fall Cleanups: A general cleanup of your lawn and landscapes in the Spring and Fall. All annuals and perennials will be trimmed and cleaned up as needed. Leaves and debris will be removed from your lawn and landscape. First and last mowing, which is when clean-ups would be done, are mowed with a bagger* to remove the leaves and debris from the lawn- this also includes hauling away and disposing of all debris from the cleanups.
*Bagging is subject to the mower fitting though fence gates.
Landscape Maintenance*: This will cover one trimming/pruning of all shrubs in the landscapes and the trimming of any low hanging tree limbs. This service also includes weeding of landscape beds.
*Mulch for landscapes will be a separate service and quoted separately.
